The Weekender is organised on the ClioTrophy.co.uk forum and that is the place to ask questions, find answers, and to get involved with the discussions. The 2026 thread is still open now the weekend is over, and the next one goes up on the same forum.

Trophy Welsh Weekender 2026
The thread for the 2026 event. It stays open — write-ups and photographs from the weekend end up there.

You will need a forum account to post, though anyone can read along. Registering at ClioTrophy.co.uk (opens in a new tab) is free, and it is worth doing for the rest of the site as much as for the Weekender.
During the event
On the weekend itself
Attendees got an info pack ahead of the event. It carried the organiser's phone number for emergencies and anything else urgent, along with the WhatsApp group everyone used over the two days. The same goes out with each year's pack — and if you are weighing up coming to the next one, you will find the organisers a reasonable and approachable bunch.
Saying thank you
Enjoyed the weekend?
A few people have asked whether there is any way to say thanks. Nothing here costs anything to use and it never will — but if you would like to, you can put something in the coffee fund.
Until the next one
