Trophy Welsh Weekender

Running since 2015

What is the Trophy Welsh Weekender?

The Trophy Welsh Weekender (TWW) is an annual event that sees many owners, and their family members and/or friends, joining together to enjoy a rather special road trip. Starting early on the Saturday morning, attendees embark on a drive that will take them from north to south — along some of Wales' finest driving roads and through some absolutely incredible Welsh scenery. A blend of challenging roads, against a backdrop that only Wales can provide, provides plenty of rewards for drivers and passengers alike.

The popularity of the event drew the interest of a popular French performance car magazine back in 2017. I was asked to contribute a narrative and photos for a feature that would be published in a future edition of the magazine — the full account of that weekend, from Llangollen to Chepstow.
